Who We Are
Bespoke Placement is a staffing agency based in Ilford. We supply temporary workers to employers who are short-staffed and want a straight answer, from one receptionist for a week to forty pickers for a peak fortnight.
We are built around a simple idea: you should be able to ring, explain the problem once, and have a named person sort it. No call centre, no chasing, no surprises on the invoice.
How We Work
-
One named consultant
The same person every time, who knows your site, your shift patterns and your standards.
-
We say no when we cannot fill it
You hear it early enough to plan around it. No false promises to win the booking.
-
We meet people first
We meet candidates, check right-to-work documents and take up references ourselves.
-
No hidden charges
Rates are agreed before anyone starts, and there are no surprises on the invoice.
What We Check Before Anyone Starts
- Right to work. Documents checked in person or on video before a name reaches you.
- References. Taken up by us from previous employers.
- Licences and certificates. Forklift, food hygiene and similar, where the role needs them.
- DBS checks. Where the role requires one. Tell us up front.
- The site brief. Start time, address, parking, PPE and site rules, passed on before day one.
- Timesheet sign-off. We confirm who signs off on site, so payroll is right first time.

-

Warehouse shift managers, office managers, restaurant owners and HR teams who need people they can rely on.
-
