Six Service Lines, One Agency to Ring
Whatever the rota looks like, you deal with the same person. Here is what we supply and when it is most useful.
-
Warehouse & Industrial
Pickers, packers, forklift and counterbalance operatives, production line staff and loaders. A warehouse agency that understands early starts, nights and peak fortnights.
-
Office & Administration
Receptionists, administrators, data entry staff, customer service advisors and temporary PAs. Sickness cover and holiday cover for the front desk or the back office.
-
Hospitality & Catering
Waiting staff, kitchen porters, chefs, bar staff and event and function teams. Weekend and function cover from a catering staff agency that answers the phone.
-
Retail & Events
Sales assistants, merchandisers, stockroom, promotional and exhibition staff. Extra hands for retail peaks and event weekends, without a permanent hire.
-
Logistics & Distribution
Drivers’ mates, dispatch and inventory staff, plus surge cover for distribution centres. Volume hiring that doesn’t turn into chaos.
-
Temp-to-Perm Placements
Trial a worker on temp, then convert to permanent once they’ve proven themselves. You see the work before you commit to the hire.
Three Ways to Hire
Temporary, temp-to-perm and contract staffing all work differently. This is the short version.
| Temporary | Temp-to-perm | Contract | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What it is | A worker on our payroll covering a defined gap. | Starts as temporary, with an agreed route onto your payroll. | A longer fixed-term arrangement for a project or a specific skill. |
| Best for | Sickness, holidays, peaks and short-notice cover. | Trialling someone before you commit to a permanent hire. | Projects, backfills and longer pieces of work. |
| Payroll and compliance | Ours: PAYE, holiday accrual, insurance and timesheets. | Ours until the day they move to your payroll. | Agreed per placement before it starts. |
| Ending or converting | Extend or end it as your needs change. | A conversion fee may apply. We agree it up front. | Agreed per placement. |
Rates and fees depend on the role, the shift pattern and how long you need someone. We quote before anyone starts.
What’s Included in Every Booking
- Right to work checks. We check documents before anyone reaches your site.
- References taken up. We speak to previous employers ourselves.
- Compliance and payroll handled. PAYE, employer’s National Insurance, holiday accrual, insurance and timesheets sit with us.
- A named consultant. The same person every time, who knows your shift patterns and your standards.
- Honest fill rates. If we can’t fill a shift, you hear it early enough to plan around it.
- A proper briefing. Workers know the site, the start time and the rules before day one.

Questions Employers Ask About Our Services
Which service line should I choose?
Pick the one closest to the work and don’t worry if it’s not an exact fit. Tell us the role, the shifts and the site, and your consultant will say honestly whether we can fill it and how.
Can you supply a mix of roles for one site?
Yes. A site might need pickers, a dispatch clerk and a receptionist in the same week. One named consultant looks after the whole booking, so you only explain your site once.
Do your workers need licences or certificates?
Only if the role calls for them, such as a counterbalance forklift licence, food hygiene or a DBS check. Tell us up front and we’ll check them before anyone starts.
Can I use you alongside another agency?
Of course. Many employers keep a preferred supplier list. Add us alongside it, send us the roles you struggle to fill, and we’ll tell you straight what we can do.
Tell Us What You Need.
